"Dusk Beneath the Waves"

I genuinely think this is one of my best ones so far. I did not intend for her to look so gothic, but that's just how the cookie crumbled.
I'm really satisfied with the neon pink in the tail, it makes the tail almost glow in person- though the digital copy doesn't do it justice.
